I was having a couple of beers with my cousin, and I was sharing something that was stuck in my head.

We had a client that suggested this: if he brings in potential clients for us, and if we close them, he wants a reward.

And I agreed.

If we increase the price and close a couple of clients, I would be happy to share the extra revenue with him.

He brought the clients he promised.
