I was supposed to fly to the Zagreb event, but decided to take my wife, and have our second honeymoon. Without kids, and distractions. We drove for 10 hours from Skopje to Zagreb, and talked the entire time. 

We discussed everything. BizzBee and where it's heading, our family, the apartments, summer holidays, you name it.

We talked things through, and we synchronized everything.

Communication is key, and it's the only option for multiple people to stay on top of things, updated and synchronized. I suggest you try a road trip with your partner, but try it in your business, too.
